Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic spreadsheet use.
• Experience in community outreach is preferred.
• Ability to conduct community-wide presentations.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize work.
• Ability to prepare and distribute correspondences.
• Ability to record accurate meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

• Distribute WIC program materials at various community sites.
• Maintain and update an outreach Excel spreadsheet with provider data.
• Attend events and give educational presentations on WIC and breastfeeding.
• Assist individuals with accessing WIC services and participate in staff meetings.
• Stock Kidcare materials and distribute to partners in Broward County.
• Document outreach activities and submit weekly and monthly reports.
