Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working in a medical office or performing clerical duties.
• Ability to learn and support positive feeding practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview participants to obtain required demographic and eligibility data.
• Perform follow-up calls for missed appointments.
• Handle and respond to WIC phone requests.
• Maintain participant files and documentation as per State WIC regulations.
• Provide referrals to health and social service programs.
