Qualifications

• Knowledge and training as a WIC Certifier, typically via certificate program.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility for program services according to Washington State WIC program regulations.
• Provide basic patient services.
• Provide patient-centered education on WIC, prenatal care, and wellness and prevention.
• Others duties as assigned.
