• Explain WIC services, benefits, and policies to clients.
• Assist in certifying WIC applicants: collect data and verify eligibility.
• Enter participant data into CT-WIC and issue eWIC cards.
• Schedule nutrition education and certification appointments; manage referrals.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Assist in outreach and health education activities.
