Job summary

Tri-Cities Community Health (TCCH) in Pasco, WA is hiring WIC Certifiers/Clerks to join our care team at the Pasco WIC site. You will assess eligibility for women, infants, and children, and deliver friendly customer service to families in our community.

We seek individuals with at least one year in a healthcare facility, a Medical Assistant Registration certification within three months of hire, and bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish).

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare facility is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Proficient in English and another language (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, or other).

Responsibilities

• Assess women in WIC program eligibility (pregnant, breastfeeding, infants, children under five).
• Provide customer service and care to clients per WIC guidelines.
• Support WIC program operations as directed.
