Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year data entry experience with related clerical duties.
• One year experience in dealing with the public.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greets public, answers phones and interviewing participants to complete intake process.
• Enrolls program applicants to obtain demographic information and determine income eligibility and offer voter registration.
• Issues benefits to participants, explains proper use of eWIC card to participants, maintains appropriate records.
• Maintains computer system: maintains data entry and retrieval; prints benefits and forms; schedules appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
