Graphic Packaging International is hiring a Warehouse Stacker in Visalia, CA. You will select and unload cases of cups and lids up to 60 lbs, stack for forklift transport, and wrap units for movement. You may assist on other plant tasks to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting 50–60 pounds, and occasional overtime, including weekends, in a 24/7 manufacturing environment with strict PPE and safety rules.

Qualifications

Job Details

The Warehouse Stacker is responsible for selecting and unloading cases of paper cups and plastic lids weighing up to 60 lbs. off a conveyor system, stacking and preparing stacked product for transportation by a forklift driver. The Warehouse Stacker will obtain boxes of finished product from production sortation line and stack in orderly manner. The Warehouse Stacker will wrap units before the stacker driver moves the product to stretch wrapper. As part of job responsibilities, Warehouse Stackers may be required to perform or assist on any and all jobs for which they are qualified so as to provide uninterrupted, safe and continuous operations. Warehouse Stacker may also be required to perform other necessary tasks throughout the plant including cleaning, general housekeeping duties, painting, sorting, cup-by-cup, lid-by-lid or tasks of a clerical nature

All employees must follow all Graphic Packaging International work rules, code of conduct and safety procedures and policies including wearing personal protective equipment such as steel‑toed shoes, hearing protection and safety goggles.

WORK DEVICES/TOOLS consist of the following: computer, hand wrap, marker, tape dispenser, telephone, and brooms/mops.

Experience/Skills Required

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time with scheduled breaks
• Must be able lift items weighing up to a maximum of 50-60 pounds on an
• Must be able to reach between waist and shoulder height which occurs occasionally throughout the shift basis

• Overtime will be required as necessary including weekends. Graphic Packaging International operates on a 24 hour, 7 day/week basis
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

Comply with all quality standards. Produce quality product by not accepting defective material into work center, not making defective products at work station, not passing defects to internal customers and by reporting potential quality issues.

Comply with all sanitation standards. Practice good sanitation and housekeeping practicing to maintain the appearance and condition of the operating facility.
