Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead the Global WHS Program and champion safety across our sites. You will blend hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect associates while enabling operational excellence.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, lead audits, and manage first aid and emergency response. Partner with Operations leaders to embed safety into daily work and shape a strong safety culture at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and safety initiatives.
