Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive WHS program and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals.
• Partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations and use data-driven insights to reduce risk and improve productivity.
• Drive site audits, risk assessments, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.
