Amazon is offering a Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) internship at multiple U.S. distribution centers, including Goodyear, AZ.

The 10-week, full-time program provides hands-on safety projects, onboarding like OSHA10 and First Aid/CPR/AED, and opportunities to present findings to senior leadership. The internship emphasizes learning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree with an expected completion date between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Strong communication skills; ability to comfortably interact with and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Work with WHS teams and interns on a safety-related project.
• Research, interpret and share data to support a safety-related recommendation for leadership.
• Assist in designing, building, and improving safety programs across Amazon’s three fulfillment lanes.
• Collaborate with Operations, RME, HR, Transportation, and other teams on project planning and execution.
• Develop your professional network by participating in WHS internship activities and events.
