Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a Wholesale Visual Merchandising Manager to drive VM initiatives across wholesale accounts, coordinating with the Harbor Drive team. You will travel to stores, conduct trainings, and implement compelling visual experiences that reflect current brand standards.

You will analyze sales data to adapt VM solutions, maintain window and interior displays, and ensure planogram compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Visual Merchandiser or related experience.
• Strong portfolio of visual merchandising in retail.
• Experience in field VM, including window displays and interior displays.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and planogram tooling.

Responsibilities

• Travel monthly and biweekly to wholesale accounts and stores to train in-store staff and align VM execution with brand standards.
• Develop and implement VM strategies with Harbor Drive collaboration and brand tools.
• Analyze sales performance and adjust VM solutions to support sales targets.
• Manage shop and window displays, signage, and layout to ensure planogram compliance.
• Provide training and hands-on guidance on mapping, merchandising, styling, and visual storytelling.
