• Lead projects on business optimization, restructuring and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities and acquisition screening.
• Conduct competitor and industry research using public and private sources.
• Analyze profitability, macro indicators, client segments and due diligence.
• Prepare management presentations including business plans and reviews.
• Collaborate with Global Wholesale Strategy on firm-wide initiatives.
