Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive investment, asset management, or corporate strategy experience.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and P&L management.
• Experience with fee analysis, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Evidence of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable executive-ready insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for complex analyses and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for equities to guide resource allocation.
• Conduct fee analysis, benchmarking, and support negotiations to improve profitability.
• Develop proformas and scenario analyses for new products and initiatives.
• Create and track KPIs, providing early warnings and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with corporate finance on expense management and reporting.
• Translate strategic vision into executable plans with milestones and accountability.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across product launches, ops, tech, and compliance.
• Prepare data-driven presentations for senior management and committees.
