URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Wholesale Sales Assistant for Free People in Los Angeles.

You will support Account Executives, manage orders, track POs, and help identify reorder opportunities while maintaining close relationships with buyers in a fast-paced boutique/higher-end brand environment. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of related experience, are highly organized, and able to multitask across merchandising, operations, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and client

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Executives in servicing accounts.
• Enter orders and check POs for order entry accuracy.
• Check PO fulfillment post allocation and track order status in BlueCherry.
• Support AE in weekly review of reorder opportunities.
• Monitor key item availability and support open order reports.
• Daily order maintenance and review of open orders.
• Prepare for market appointments (order forms/linesheets, notes during appointment).
• Understand and work within the full order process (merchandising, operations, logistics, credit, production).
