Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative for Wholesale Remote/West US to drive sales, present compelling solutions, and grow a robust pipeline. You will engage with key buyers, travel within the territory, and promote MAPEI’s adhesive and building material solutions across markets.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, market insight, and high self-motivation within a remote West US territory, with a strong incentive-based earnings model.

Qualifications

• External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key purchasing decision-makers.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
• Gather market intelligence and provide insights for product strategy.
• Represent the Company at industry trade shows, networking events, and meetings.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
