Job summary

Snif, a New York-based fragrance company, is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to own retail order flow from receipt to invoicing as we expand distribution. You will keep orders moving, resolve exceptions with cross-functional teams, and ensure retailer commitments are met across channels including Ulta, Amazon, and future partners.

This hands-on role reports to the VP of Operations and offers remote work with occasional travel, plus a competitive salary and equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wholesale order management or retail operations experience.
• Experience managing national retailer orders from receipt through invoicing and resolving cross-team exceptions.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own daily order management across retail channels, including Ulta, Ulta International, Amazon, and future distribution expansion.
• Coordinate with fulfillment providers to meet retailer requirements for order confirmation, routing, labeling, shipping documentation, pickup, and delivery.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices; reconcile quantities and resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Own retail order-execution readiness for new retailer and item launches with clear handoffs to Commercialization, Sales, Procurement and Inventory and fulfillment partners.
• Maintain accurate order records and reporting by retailer and distribution center; drive process improvements and automation.
