Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Wholesale Regional Buyer to manage wholesale medicated product purchases for its Pittsburgh-area stores. The role involves processing purchase orders, analyzing vendor assortments, tracking orders, and collaborating with inventory and production teams to ensure steady stock and optimized product mix for each retail location.

The ideal candidate has prior buying experience and SAP familiarity, excels in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate effectively at all levels.

Qualifications

• Prior buying experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varied personalities at different seniority levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Work well without supervision in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism across management levels.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Domestic travel as needed.
• Pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage buying process and build assortments based on performance and inventory flow.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors on delivery and follow-up.
• Coordinate with inventory, management, and warehouses as needed.
• Partner with Marketing and Allocation teams for launches and promotions.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the business.
• Negotiate pricing to protect margins and support promotions.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales and margin increases.
• Review business performance and implement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Summary:

The Wholesale Regional Buyer is responsible for purchasing wholesale medicated product for Trulieve retail stores. Responsibilities will included processing purchase orders, analyzing vendor assortments, tracking orders, and working cross funcitionally with inventory, productions teams, and management to ensure responsible stock of all items + consistent evaluation of product mix based on each individual retail location/retail

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work Schedule:
