Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a General Manager in Retail to lead store personnel, oversee inventory, and drive performance metrics while ensuring compliance and exceptional patient service.

The role oversees daily store operations, requires 45+ hours weekly with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4+ years of experience or training, or equivalent.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; communicate with all levels and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members; operate common office equipment.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact respectfully with customers and team members.

ROLESUMMARY
