Carter’s is hiring a Planner to own the planning for Walmart — one of our largest and most strategic wholesale partnerships. This is an ownership role from day one: you will build the production forecasts and retail ladder plans that drive the business, bring your own recommendations to sales and merchandising leadership, and see your decisions show up on shelves nationwide. You will work a hybrid schedule out of our Atlanta office alongside the sales, merchandising, and supply chain partners you plan with, and you will sit on a defined career path with a clear next step to Senior Planner. If you want a seat at the table rather than a seat behind a spreadsheet, this is the role.
Career Development: Success starts from within, and we have several paths from which you can choose to enhance your career evolution. From Carter’s University to Toastmasters to mentorship programs and more, we encourage you to utilize these tools to elevate your professional prowess.
