Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist for Store #5864 in Worcester, MA to assist customers, recommend products, and ensure top-notch service. This role involves in-person and phone support, product recommendations, and maintaining high store standards.

You will tint and mix products, process sales, and stay informed about product features while meeting store sales goals. Deliveries may be required and cash handling procedures apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Minimum education: High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling paint and related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
