Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist in Tampa, FL to serve commercial paint customers and determine their needs. You will answer questions, recommend solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in-store and by phone, tinting and mixing products, stocking displays, processing transactions, and supporting delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and assist customers in person or by phone.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and meet sales goals.
• Load/unload deliveries and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
• Follow inventory control procedures and pull appropriate products.
• Maintain orderly work areas and cleanliness.
