Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist at Store #5230 in Chantilly, VA to assist commercial paint customers, determine their needs, and recommend the right solutions while maintaining high product quality and store standards.

You'll process sales, tint and mix products, and stay informed on features to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. A HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with product needs and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate work orders and formulas.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries when needed.
• Stay informed about product features to upsell options.
