Job summary

11 Mortgage is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to source and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers. The role focuses on driving referrals, presenting loan options, and educating partners on procedures to speed underwriting, locking, and closing.

The position requires a strong service mindset, sales experience, and knowledge of mortgage lending compliance; travel may be involved as part of networking efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years wholesale mortgage lending sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal lending laws (TILA, RESPA, HMDA, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers to generate business referrals.
• Present loan products, pricing, point of contacts, and business model to prospective and existing customers.
• Educate brokers and banking partners on 11 Mortgage procedures to expedite underwriting, locking, and closing.
• Act as the mediator between external partners and 11 Mortgage operations.
• Extend the 11 Mortgage name through networking, conferences, and social media.
• Other duties as assigned.
