Position Overview

As an Underwriter on the Wholesale Management Liability Team at Navigators, your primary responsibilities include underwriting and actively pursuing new business, maintaining a profitable renewal book, and servicing brokerage partners on an account-by-account basis. The team focuses on management liability products for private companies, including directors & officers liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, commercial crime, and kidnap & ransom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (strongly preferred)
• 3+ years of management liability underwriting experience
• Experience with wholesale insurance brokers is a plus

Location & Work Arrangement

Compensation

The annual base pay range is $82,000 - $192,000, based on market analysis and individual experience. Compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and other rewards as part of The Hartford’s total package.
