Verus Mortgage Capital in Bloomington, MN seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead a National Account Executive team in the non-Agency wholesale channel. You will coach, set targets, and drive new business with Mortgage Brokers, while ensuring compliant, efficient loan processes.

You'll collaborate with sales and marketing to sharpen value propositions of mortgage products, oversee end-to-end loan application flow, and promote growth through broker relationships and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Recent/current experience in non-Agency mortgage sales with leadership of a sales team.
• Active broker book of business or team pipeline is a plus.
• Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop National Account Executives, setting performance goals.
• Foster strong relationships with Mortgage Brokers and manage escalations.
• Identify and pursue new business in the non-Agency wholesale market.
• Oversee end-to-end loan process with brokers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and licensing where needed.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine growth strategies.
