Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Wholesale Account Representative in Texas to conduct wholesale deliveries, validate orders, and support on-site client relations. You will load/unload, pick and pack when not delivering, and communicate promotions to customers to drive order accuracy and satisfaction.

The role requires independent problem-solving, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license; on-site work with regular route-based movements is essential. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in delivery driving, wholesale, logistics, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to operate independently and solve non-routine client-facing issues.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet all driving and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wholesale deliveries by driving company vehicles to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Validate order accuracy before loading, ensuring correct products, quantities, and documentation.
• Load, unload, and support receiving at client locations, ensuring safe handling of all products.
• Pick and pack wholesale orders during non-delivery periods to support readiness.
• Maintain strong client relationships, addressing service needs on-site.
• Communicate deal sheets, promotions, and product information to clients.
• Resolve on-site issues, including shortages and invoicing discrepancies with internal teams.
• Complete all regulatory and compliance requirements related to wholesale delivery.
• Provide field insights to improve workflow, routing, and service quality.
