Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the US seeks a Wholesale Credit Risk Loan Loss Forecasting Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank Risk group. You will shape wholesale loan loss estimates across vast client exposure and collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Technology to modernize analytics.

Responsibilities include reviewing results, assessing qualitative risk, modeling PD/LGD/EAD, and presenting insights to senior management to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 3+ years in credit risk, loan loss forecasting, or quantitative finance.
• Familiarity with CECL and CCAR frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review allowance and stress testing results for reasonability and trends.
• Assess risks and support estimation of loan loss reserves.
• Calculate modeling parameters (PD, LGD, EAD, migration).
• Deepen CECL methodology knowledge and align with CCAR.
• Perform portfolio analyses across scenarios and changes.
