Job summary

BCI Brands in New York seeks a Wholesale Apparel Order Management & Allocation Specialist to oversee end-to-end orders for national retailers. The role focuses on EDI PO processing, inventory allocation, and 3PL coordination, requiring strong Excel and ERP experience. You'll partner with Sales, Production, Logistics to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually plus benefits; on-site role with potential for growth within a multi-brand fashion platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of wholesale apparel order management or sales operations experience with major national retailers.
• Experience with allocation and generating pick tickets mandatory.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Exenta or BlueCherry preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales orders for major national retailers in a high-SKU environment.
• Process inbound EDI POs and bulk order matching; review unconfirmed and open orders.
• Allocate and drop picks to 3PLs; coordinate with 3PL warehouses and on-site team; track inventory and shipments.
