Responsibilities

  • Manage seasonal samples and showroom setup and preparation for each market.
  • Drive sales and achieve budgeted targets by organizing, scheduling, and conducting client appointments.
  • Prepare seasonal budgets, reforecasts, and projections by client using historical sales data and market feedback for review by the Divisional Manager.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee seasonal interns supporting market activities.
  • Partner with Divisional Manager to identify opportunities for regional growth, focusing on specialty store accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and franchise partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the brand's presence and strengthen business performance in LATAM.
  • Prepare and maintain analytical sales reports, including monthly sell-out reports and marketing recaps.
  • Manage day-to-day back-office operations: order processing, claims, credits, and visual merchandising requests.
  • Prepare store and client reports and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training to wholesale/franchise teams.
  • Travel to assigned doors at least twice yearly to deliver product knowledge and selling techniques.

Job description

The Wholesale Account Executive – LATAM is responsible for managing and developing relationships with franchise and wholesale partners across the Latin American market. This role oversees the full wholesale business cycle, from seasonal market planning and appointment management through order processing, client development, store training, and post-market follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Market Management
  • Manage seasonal samples and support showroom setup and preparation for each market.
  • Drive sales and achieve budgeted targets by proactively organizing, scheduling, and conducting client appointments.
  • Prepare seasonal budgets, reforecasts, and projections by client, leveraging historical sales data and qualitative market feedback for review and approval by the Divisional Manager.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee seasonal interns supporting market activities.
Business Development
  • Partner with the Divisional Manager to identify and pursue opportunities for regional growth, with a focus on developing specialty store accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale and franchise partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the brand's presence and strengthen business performance throughout the LATAM region.
Back Office & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain analytical sales reports, including monthly sell-out reports, marketing recaps, and other business performance analyses.
  • Manage day-to-day back-office operations, including order processing, faulty garment claims and credit notes, GWP and uniform requests, light box and visual merchandising material requests, and related client needs.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, including pricing, positioning, distribution, and brand perception.
  • Prepare store and client reports and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the business and team.
Store Visits & Training
  • Develop and maintain training materials and tools to support wholesale and franchise store teams.
  • Visit all assigned doors at least twice per year to deliver training on product knowledge, retail operations, selling techniques, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Partner with clients and store teams to ensure brand standards and commercial objectives are consistently met.
Client Relations & Communications
  • Manage day-to-day relationships between the PR office and wholesale/franchise clients, ensuring events, activations, and initiatives are aligned with the brand's image and objectives.
  • Coordinate with HQ on marketing and media plans, image requests, invoicing, approvals, and other cross-functional initiatives.
  • Act as a strong liaison between internal teams, HQ, and external partners to ensure clear communication and timely execution.
Qualifications & Skills
