The Wholesale Account Executive for Marlyn Schiff Jewelry will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing wholesale accounts. They will oversee the Sales Rep team and maintain strong relationships with retailers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the jewelry/fashion market, a proven track record in wholesale sales, exceptional communication and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain constant and effective communication with Sales Reps and Retailer Accounts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage communication between clients and cross-functional internal team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new retail accounts, expanding the company's market presence and driving revenue growth
  • Attend, plan and prepare for Market Trade shows (ie. merchandise products at show, manage orders, account/retailer follow-up, etc)
  • Processing and tracking of purchase orders and annual sales
  • Curate collections based on the account needs (ie. aesthetic, customer-base, target price point and trend direction)

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self-starter
  • Highly organized/detail-oriented, strong communicator with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong aptitude for learning quickly and taking on new challenges
  • Embraces both big-picture objectives and follows through on details
  • Ability to analyze, summarize, and effectively present data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a persuasive and assertive approach
  • Must be flexible, work well independently, and have a team-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to deliver on sales targets and build relationships
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with QuickBooks and NuORDER is preferred, but not required

Experience and Qualities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relative/related field
  • Positive, committed attitude
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
  • Travel time required for Trade shows and client meetings
