Job summary

United Ag in Town of Malone, NY is seeking an Inventory Facility Coordinator to manage whole goods inventory and maintain store grounds through routine maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory accuracy and assisting customers with equipment loading and unloading.

This role requires strong computer skills, vehicle operation capability, and a valid driver's license. The position offers a full-time schedule with opportunities for advancement and an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Primary branch contact for loading and unloading all whole goods products.
• Maintain accurate store whole goods inventory through tracking system.
• Organize service repairs for work to be completed.
• Ensure compliance with DIT processes.
• Complete required DIT inventory verification and financial audits.

Skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to operate vehicles and equipment

Understanding of rigging equipment

Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Forklift certified

Valid driver’s license

Education

High school diploma or GED
