The position emphasizes SEL, MTSS, and data-informed decision making, with immediate startup and 12-month grant-funded tenure, based in multiple schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; master's preferred.
• Five years of successful experience in education, student services, instructional coaching, or educational leadership.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting educators and school teams.
• Knowledge of whole child practices, MTSS, SEL, and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Coach school teams to adopt the Whole Child Model and build capacity for change.
• Design and deliver in-person and virtual workshops for school teams.
• Create resources such as toolkits, guides, and video examples to support adoption.
• Guide school planning teams to set goals and execute plans for Whole Child practices.
• Develop and refine core school-design content (schedules, PD plans, hiring practices).
• Inspire educators and stakeholders about the importance of Whole Child work and spread strategies.
