Whole Foods Market in Boston is seeking a Team Member for the Whole Body department. You will provide courteous, friendly service, stock supplements and body care products, and maintain displays per regional standards.

You will assist in training, support store programs, and ensure health and safety compliance. Responsibilities include stocking, rotating stock, assisting customers, handling special orders, and maintaining a clean, organized department.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.
• A willingness to learn all products in the department.
• Commitment to Whole Foods Market quality goals and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation.
• Logs, processes, and retrieves customer special orders.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Follows department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product.
• May assist in training new Team Members using training materials.
• Supports national, regional and store programs.
• Arrives on time and ready to work; attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers promptly, and models suggestive selling techniques.
