Job summary

The AZEK Company in Scranton, PA is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to join our on-site team. You will handle inbound calls from Lowe’s and Home Depot, process orders, and provide world-class support to stores across North America.

You will use Salesforce, Five9, True Commerce, Rithum, Supplier Hub and JD Edwards to assist distributors, resolve inquiries, and drive customer success. This is an on-site role with starting pay of $23–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales preferred.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Lowe’s and Home Depot, sales reps and distributors.
• Process Special Orders by following up, correcting discrepancies via watchlists, invoicing and returns.
• Utilize Salesforce, Five9, True Commerce, Rithum, Supplier Hub and JD Edwards for the VOR program.
• Provide world-class support to stores across North America with technical recommendations.
• Answer inbound store calls in Salesforce for product inquiries, installation help, pricing, ordering and distributor contacts.
• Respond to store emails resolving inquiries, ETAs and pricing.
• Manage multiple projects while prioritizing customer outcomes.
• Direct stores with non-stock returns to the appropriate distributor contact.
• Demonstrate drive to surpass goals and participate in training.
