Job summary

The AZEK Company in Scranton, PA is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to handle inbound calls from Lowe’s and Home Depot, sales reps and distributors, and to process special orders. You will use Salesforce, Five9, True Commerce, Rithum, Supplier Hub and JD Edwards to support stores across North America with technical recommendations and pricing inquiries.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain store relationships, and strive to exceed goals with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple platforms
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving that drives engagement with customers

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Lowe’s, Home Depot, sales reps and distributors
• Process Special Orders by following up and invoicing
• Utilize Salesforce, Five9, True Commerce, Rithum, Supplier Hub and JD Edwards for VOR program
• Provide world-class support to stores across North America with technical recommendations and pricing
• Answer inbound store calls and emails regarding product inquiries, installation help, pricing and ETAs
• Manage multiple projects while prioritizing customer outcomes
• Direct stores with non-stock returns to the distributor contact
• Demonstrate drive to surpass goals and participate in training
