Job summary

Kimbrell’s Furniture is seeking a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to safely deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers' homes while delivering a premium white-glove experience. You will also support showroom operations and warehouse activities to ensure smooth, customer-centric interactions across all touchpoints.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a can-do attitude, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience considered
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 10–100+ pounds regularly
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely
• Bilingual English-Spanish a plus depending on store staffing needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers’ homes with a high level of care and professionalism
• Safely load, secure, transport, and maneuver merchandise while protecting customer homes and property
• Verify delivery accuracy, obtain customer signatures, and confirm satisfaction with delivered products
• Document and report damaged or missing items
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally in all interactions
• Support showroom operations by merchandising, moving, and maintaining clean, organized displays
• Assist with inventory movement between warehouse and showroom and help maintain accurate product placement
• Support warehouse activities including receiving, staging, and organizing merchandise
• Assist with customer account follow-ups, collection efforts, and authorized repossessions in compliance with company policies
• Operate delivery vehicles safely, perform routine inspections, and report maintenance needs
• Assess and document service issues, capturing detailed information and communicating findings to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
