Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls; act as gatekeeper as necessary
• Meet/greet guests upon entry, directing to meeting/conference room and offering beverages
• Assist with office management tasks such as restocking the pantry and managing the coffee machine daily; overall maintaining a tidy and organized office/kitchen
• Be proactive in nature and seek out ad-hoc administrative projects
