• Excellent verbal communication with objection handling and empathy.
• Fluent in English; ability to schedule flexible shifts including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Realtor.com in inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts professionally.
• Make 300+ outbound and inbound warm dials daily to identify client needs.
• Discover client goals, budget, timeline, and preferences to connect with premium real estate professionals.
• Collaborate with team, adapt to changes, and solve client problems effectively.
• Identify client needs through listening and questioning to move business forward.
