Realtor.com is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Scottsdale, AZ. This hybrid, in-office role requires delivering world-class service to real estate professionals, with a base pay of $19.50 per hour and potential bonuses up to $400 monthly.

You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support agents and brokers in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes ownership, empathy, and accuracy, with opportunities for growth within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of call center experience.
• Willing to work in a heavy phone-based environment.
• Ability to work in the office 3 days per week.
• Experience with outbound calls is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to type, talk and navigate systems simultaneously.
• Typing 35-40 WPM minimum.
• Strong multitasking and adaptability to changing needs.
• Proficient with Gmail, Salesforce (or other CRM), G Suite, MS Office, Chrome.
• Strong internet navigation and tools skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent attendance record.

• Serve as the primary contact for real estate agents and brokers.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in interactions.
• Develop product knowledge and seek coaching to exceed goals.
• Resolve complex software and product inquiries using efficient strategies.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to optimize processes.
• Update customer information in Salesforce with detailed notations.
• Meet or exceed productivity and service quality targets.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines.
• Perform other duties as needed.
