Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume, phone-based role.
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or SaaS onboarding preferred.
• Able to hit performance metrics and sales-like targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and empathy.
• Resilient, solution-focused, and comfortable with change.
• Tech-savvy with multiple systems and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Represent Realtor.com® professionally via calls, email, and text.
• Make 300+ outbound and inbound dials daily to uncover needs.
• Conduct discovery to align goals, budget, timeline, and preferences.
• Collaborate in a team while working independently.
• Schedule flexibility for late-evening or weekend shifts.
• Read and speak English fluently; Spanish is a bonus.
