Job summary

Loomis Sayles is seeking a Client Intake Specialist to deliver a white-glove onboarding experience for new clients, including institutions and high-net-worth accounts. You will coordinate across internal teams and ensure AML/KYC procedures are completed accurately and on time.

Hybrid role with two days from home and three days in the office, offering a salary range and comprehensive benefits. A Bachelor’s degree and a Series 7 license are required, with at least five years in financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or appropriate equivalent experience.
• Series 7 License - REQUIRED.
• At least five years of financial industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As the primary point of contact, provide white-glove, end-to-end onboarding service to new clients, delivering a responsive and service-oriented client experience.
• Liaise and coordinate for all groups within the company, helping clients and internal partners understand requirements and next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, Client Administration, Legal & Compliance, Operations, the Investment Teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality support to clients and business partners.
• Maintain accurate client and account onboarding information across internal systems to track progress and ensure a seamless service experience.
• Facilitate review of investment agreements, AML/KYC reviews and due diligence for new and existing accounts; coordinate transfers; manage derivative trading agreement setup; respond to due diligence requests; coordinate Markit uploads; manage Bloomberg LEI updates.
