Job summary

Olin is seeking a Warehouse Operator at the Coal Township, PA facility to ensure safe handling and storage of finished products and raw materials. You will help palletize and move goods efficiently throughout the plant while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires forklift operation experience, the ability to work different shifts, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Prior related warehouse experience preferred.
• One year of operating a forklift is required.
• Ability to multi-task, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently or within a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review customer orders in alignment with daily loading and unloading schedules.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse and load trucks according to customer specifications.
• Move (jockey) trailers to and from loading docks.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Maintain the scrubber in the blackout mix room after completing pallet wrapping (2nd shift only).
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper lockout/tagout procedures and required PPE usage.

Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Coal Township, PA

Salary: $22.00 /hour (depending on current operator level)

Schedule: Straight Afternoon (S/2)

Shift Differential: $1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shift)

Focus: The Warehouse Operator ensures compliance with all safety and quality standards, manages the proper handling and storage of finished products and raw materials, and supports efficient palletizing and movement of goods throughout the facility.

Warehouse Operator Essential Functions:

• Coordinate and review customer orders in alignment with daily loading and unloading schedules.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse and load trucks according to customer specifications.

Warehouse Operator Position Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; climb ladders; work at heights; work in various weather conditions and extreme temperatures; and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work other shifts and weekends as needed.
