Job summary

Olin is seeking a Production Lead in Knox, IN to oversee manufacturing activities, painting, boxing, and palletizing, ensuring safety and quality standards while guiding the production team for an efficient workflow.

The role requires leadership, equipment troubleshooting, forklift operation, and strong communication to maintain safe, productive daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of production line experience across multiple areas of operations preferred.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; climb ladders; work at heights; work in various weather conditions and extreme temperatures; and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to be on call and work alternate shifts or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Title:Production Lead

Location: Knox, IN

Salary: $25.50 /hour (depending on current production operator level)

Schedule: Straight Afternoons (S/2)

Shift Differential: $1.25/hour for afternoon or midnight shifts

Focus: The Production Lead is responsible for ensuring all products are manufactured, painted, stacked, boxed, and palletized according to established safety and quality standards. This role provides direction to the production team and supports daily operations to maintain an efficient and safe workflow.
