Production Operator

Location: Webb City, MO

Salary: $22.00/hour (eligible for pay increase after 90 days ($22.50) and 180 days ($23.00) based on active time in position and solid performance review)

Current Schedule: 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday

Shift Differential: $1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shift)

Target Market: Manufacturing facilities in five states throughout the United States, leader in serving gun clubs and shooters

Essential Functions

• Operates, troubleshoots, and performs machine adjustments.
• Loads cardboard boxes into production equipment.
• Transports palletized materials using a forklift.
• Performs quality checks.
• Adheres to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE.

Additional Job Tasks

• Operates Cast or Paint Machine.
• Replaces machine tooling, cylinders, and actuators as needed.
• Ensures raw material reservoirs are maintained.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior related production line experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work other shifts and weekends as needed.
