Job summary

Olin is seeking a Production Operator in San Bernardino, CA. The role starts at $22.00 per hour with a $1.25 per hour shift differential for afternoon and midnight shifts.

The schedule is straight midnight (S/3), with growth potential after a 90-day probationary period based on performance. Essentials include operating and tuning machinery, loading boxes, forklift handling, quality checks, and strict adherence to safety protocols such as lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior related production line experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work other shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
