Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with active DC Bar admission.
• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in white collar defense, internal investigations or government enforcement.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with the ability to handle matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent corporate and individual clients in white collar criminal defense matters, government enforcement actions and criminal and civil enforcement proceedings.
• Conduct and manage complex internal investigations and respond to government subpoenas and regulatory inquiries.
• Draft legal memoranda, motions, briefs and other litigation documents with accuracy and efficiency.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, legal risk and investigative strategy while working with senior attorneys on high-profile matters and complex commercial litigation.
