• The ideal candidate has significant experience handling complex litigation and white collar matters, including securities litigation; class actions and MDLs; cyber litigation; commercial contractual disputes; fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference claims; merger-related litigation and control disputes; bankruptcy and restructuring-related issues; and regulatory investigations.
• The current hybrid work model consists of working Monday through Thursday in the office, with attorneys also receiving the opportunity to work remotely for specified periods throughout the year.
