Job summary

Fridman Fels & Soto, PLLC is seeking a full-time litigation and white collar associate to join us in Coral Gables. You will learn directly from partners with real responsibility early and handle federal matters from day one.

We seek 2–4 years out of law school with strong research and writing, and experience in federal criminal defense, SEC enforcement, or complex civil litigation is preferred. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, as our team works in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and writing skills required.
• Ability to analyze complex matters and synthesize conclusions.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda in federal court matters.
• Take part in internal and government investigations, including grand jury and SEC matters.
• Help develop case strategy and prepare for hearings and trials.
• Support cross-border matters, including U.S. discovery for foreign proceedings.
