Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of complex litigation experience at federal/state level.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate potential new cases for legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and apply findings to case strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of facts and procedures for assigned cases.
• Communicate with clients on case status and updates.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Manage discovery, including document collection and review.
• Assist with trial preparation and witness preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies.
