Direct Counsel in New York, NY seeks a Junior to Midlevel White Collar & Investigations Associate to join its office. The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of experience handling white collar matters, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation for high-profile clients.

The associate will work on matters involving government inquiries, regulatory authorities, and complex disputes in securities, commodities, and financial transactions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in white collar defense, investigations, and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Experience conducting internal investigations and responding to government inquiries preferred.
• Federal clerkship experience strongly preferred.
• Large law firm experience preferred.
• Top-tier law school with strong academic credentials required.
• Law review, journal, or moot court experience preferred.
